The Cambridge Bowling Club was first established by Walter Wright in 1898. The current club house dates back to 1914. We speak to current President Graeme Henshaw about the Club's history as part of Waipa District Libraries Club Oral History Project for Heritage Month 2022.

Waipa District Libraries had the pleasure of hosting New Zealand author Stephanie Parkyn for the launch of her book Josephine's Garden in December 2019. This December, Steph will be launching her next historical fiction novel, The Freedom of Birds, which we will again be hosting the launch for.
